Last week, Piche was sentenced to 10 years probation and designated a Level 1 sex offender by Judge James P. McClusky. Level 1 sex offenders are the lowest risk designation on the registry, and their addresses are not available to the public.

Someone posted that on the FedEx Employees Facebook page last night. That is not a CTV in that pic. I guess they’re testing it in that guy’s station. And I asked one of our mechanics a few weeks ago about us getting cameras in our delivery vehicles. He said that yes, he’s been hearing it will happen.

When I had first read that it was a 14 year old and no jail time. I was assuming it was a young guy in a relationship and it was statutory.
The only time I think it gets a little sketchy is when both people are really drunk or incapacitated in some sort.
I get saying the woman isn’t in the right state of mind to give consent but you’re saying the male is somehow with it enough to know not to do something?

My brother in law almost had to register as a sex offender. He was trashed and the gas station bathroom outside was occupied. He went behind the dumpster and urinated. A cop I guess was parked watching the whole thing.
Public urination and indecent exposure. The kicker was there was a school right across the street. So the indecent exposure would have meant he would register. That’s the type of stuff level 1 should be for.

I agree it is more of a gray area if the guy is only a couple of years older. Not so in this case.
He won't even be registered as a sexual predator in the database.
