That looks suspiciously like the already cooked chicken my wife just walked in with that came from Costco. Costco even uses those aluminum trays for extra stuff.

Wouldn't be the first time that's been done to try to impress someone or as a joke. I did it once when we had my brother-in-law over. He said it was the best chicken he's ever ate.
