I guess so. I guess a shrinking middle-class and homes being out of reach for the majority of the next generation is also at their feet. 🤷‍♂️ but I’m glad that you understand that the California government is in bed with the big corporations.

Wait a minute aren’t you the same genius that said unions are socialism lol. I think you can sit down over there in the corner while the big boys talk.
All of what you just said is happening all across the country. Ttku son...

Your whole argument is that California is a top five economy, and I just broke you down like an old jalopy. Including the fact that you have the highest employment rate in the nation and your argument is something about a red state? as if I care? If you’re not intelligent enough to understand that I’m telling you one party, rule is bad for then you can just keep on living on your knees. Your masters are laughing at you, and so am I.

Yes sir it’s super expensive whoring you stayed out to big corporations with all kinds of tax incentives and deals. But hey, their top five economy that’s great for rich people. The little people live like slaves in slavandia and it will only get worse

isn't the housing market free market capitalism as well? That's the trouble with MAGA's. They don't know what they actually want.

And? There’s been one in the last 23-24 years? And I would hardly consider Arnold Schwarzenegger a staunch conservative lol.
The point here is everything that has happened in California lays straight at the feet of the Democrat party. I’m assuming California is happy with what’s happening because they keep voting for them so that’s their choice.
Does that include Silicon Valley becoming the technology hub of the world during that same time span? Does that also lie at the feet of the Democratic party?

I already said yes, we realize very well that the Democrats are corporatist. They work hand-in-hand with corporations to make sure the people don’t get ahead. Corporations do

No, the housing market is not free market by stretching the imagination. Everything from rent and mortgages are controlled by the government. Whether that’s good or bad depends on your perspective. Heck, even now in New York the government decides how much your property is worth and if they think you said, too much, they might take it from you. Even if a bank agrees with you, lend you the money and you pay it back with interest.

I guess being the world's 5th largest economy also lays straight at the feet of the democratic party. 🤙
Just like China and the former USSR! And ridiculous rates of taxation, just like China and the USSR! And it has problems that the rest of the country couldn't possibly imagine, just like China and the USSR! And people are fleeing, just like China and the former USSR!

A round of applause for the Democrats who made it possible!

Imagine what home prices would be like in the completely unregulated single family dwelling market? Let me give you a hint. Home prices would not be any lower. New home construction like any market is a closely monitored supply and demand market. New home contractors are not going to build out a surplus of new homes just to sell them at a loss in an over supplied market. Existing home sells are driven also by supply and demand within the local market. A house selling for 750k in some markets can be bought for 150k in the market where I live.

OK well I was unaware that you were a real estate Mogul. And you could very well be right, so I’m not gonna argue with you, but I am telling you I have a lot of family in California and outside of their parents dying with the house. They’ve owned for years there’s zero chance they’re gonna get a home anytime soon..

Ordinary Americans pay a net tax rate of 17% while billionaires pay around 8% And who sponsored and passed the most recent and one of the largest tax cuts in history which resulted in adding 8 trillion dollars to the national debt over just 4 years? It wasn't the Democrats
Remember, the Orange Jesus tax cut expires next year Oh, and don't forget to order your personally signed Orange Jesus bible. Just $59.95.

And just how many people are currently on YOUR payroll Dano?.
The state will pass a law. Employers will take actions to lessen the effects that the law has on them at the expense of the employees that the laws are designed to protect.

It went right over your head. Again.

So who's fault is it that they're not rich? It's their fault that they're not rich. Nobody's holding them back.
