No . They can force a rpcd into a T-S schedule until they get a full stable of 22.4's. But they only have 18 months from when they start Saturday deliveries. After that they'll just force you in on Saturdays and you'll work 6 days a week while the 22.4's work 5.

No. They had 18 months from RATIFICATION and that ended October 2020. They had an additional 6 months, so 24 months total, for those hired into Tues-Sat AFTER ratification and that ended April 2021.
