Yeah,
The amount of BS we get is un-real.
I'm to the point now where it just goes in one ear and out the other.
If a mgr. asks me why I'm not doing the latest rule change I just say, I must have been out of that morning meeting when you announced that change.

haha my Manager doesn't stay past 3pm unfortunately I work till 8pm(7pm off road) So I'll never see a check ride.

The only time I've hit numbers on my "GAP" report there was a note that said "GREAT JOB" 110%, I also had 3 late pickups, and 1 missed...obviously management is only looking at one thing on these reports...
BTW not of my fault Dispatch royally friend'd my day. I had 4 1600 closes(I punch in at 1500(on road at 1515) and stem between those closes of 10-15 minutes each.

Doesn't help that my Gap report shows RED(bad) for my to-area and from-area.. it takes 25-28minutes regularly..

So until they get the numbers corrected, and my Manager agrees as well, I disregard the reports.
My Job is to DEL or PICKUP packages, as long as I do that, and get the packages out for our customers, my job is done.
