We are also all working on Saturday; however, the rate of pay will be based upon what we deliver-----if we do just air we will be paid at the air exception rate but if we also deliver ground we will be paid at our current pay rate.

That was their response when asked what the pay rate would be for tomorrow.

I am not agreeing with anything------I will work as directed and will check my time card on upsers when I get home to see how they paid us.

It's not. If you are a part timer and you deliver air, they can pay you air rate. Can't pull that crap with a full-time ground driver.
