you sure have lots of misinformation. Are you our Upstate?

I'm pretty sure our swings do not have it either.
Swings are only position required to be able to drive DG placarded vehicles, ergo CDL/Haz. 9 years as a Swing speaking from personal experience.

The only "swing" that would require a CDL-A would be an RTD. I've been one for most of my career and we don't have swing RTDs. As Fred's Myth said, perhaps you're confused about the CDL/Hazmat component.
