If you bring your phone it does. That does not take long enough to show up on a report.

Well they didn't like the guy, that's for sure. It's not who you know--it's who you .... P.S. There is probably more to this story than stopping to buy a candy bar and a cup of coffee to stay awake.
No, you don’t have to punch out a break to use the restroom. The sup at the center said
Going to the washroom is still considered taking a break?
Next time the supe ojs your buddy and he's out of breaks just tell him to soak his pants, go home, and file harassment the next day.The sup at the center said

If they got fired for pulling over to use the restroom then yes. I could see this getting back pay.The sup at the center said

Tell that stupid Mother that it’s not a break. Neither is staying hydrated or taking air conditioning breaks. The sup at the center said

Unless it gets media coverage.Tell that stupid Mother that it’s not a break. Neither is staying hydrated or taking air conditioning breaks.
I will gladly buy whatever time he managed to steal at a reasonable discount.Stealing time, not gear.
what time is the year is a good time to get fired?REALLY bad time of the year to get fired
What did they claim you did? What kinda proof do they have?If a driver is caught stealing time and then fired
What are the chances of the union brining the driver back?
Section 6. Technology and DisciplineCan`t be terminated or written up for what is found through telemantics, must be physically observed.
I am not aware of any production standard that is in the contract or recognized by the Union.Usually it comes down to your SPHA (stops per hour average). If you’re busting out 185 stops in 9 hours no one is going to say anything about trivial crap like stopping to get a Red Bull on the clock. If you’re slow, let’s say it takes you 12 hours to get 120 stops completed, then you might find yourself on management’s radar. They will send supervisors out to pick apart your day.
Some can. Hahawhat do you mean by “ stealing time”
how long was it? You can’t poop that long

You should have got in a wreck on the way back to the building to keep them busy.If a driver is caught stealing time and then fired
