That's the current "state of affairs" with this millennial generation.
I can't even.....
Just become a Business Agent. Lol.
Who says I'm not? You believe everything on the internet Pops? Lol!If it is so easy.... why haven't you ?
I bet back when you were a young'in the old folks said the same thing about your generation. Lol.Yeah....
That's the current "state of affairs" with this millennial generation.

You’re asking for an outside of contract agreement. Null and void on the spot.As part of a newness initiative, we would like our new CEO to implement flexible scheduling options for full-time employees.
These options would include but not be limited to:
- 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month contract agreements for reduced hours of service.
Under the agreement, employees will choose the number of days per week they would like to work and the set days of the week. The employee agrees to not miss any work days for the duration of the contract.
Well- secured a 6-day work week, can't take vacation between Christmas and the New Year, day after Thanksgiving no longer a holiday. I can keep going but it is pointless. And yes- this is not everywhere but I bet many places.but but what has the union done
How many Business Agents do you know that work 5 days? Lol.How many drivers do you know that work 5 8's? Im waiting.
hahaha God, I hate my weak generation.Well- secured a 6-day work week, can't take vacation between Christmas and the New Year, day after Thanksgiving no longer a holiday. I can keep going but it is pointless. And yes- this is not everywhere but I bet many places.
What exactly does “choose your own hours” mean?
Weak? Ok- how about going backwards? Pretty much what has happened. But I'm arguing with a supposed feeder driver that doesn't understand air brakes. Lol!hahaha God, I hate my weak generation.
Where is mommy ! ?
I can easily learn how air brakes works unfortunately your mentality of the union is a lot more difficult to teach someone. Why don't you please explain to me how bad the union is.Weak? Ok- how about going backwards? Pretty much what has happened. But I'm arguing with a supposed feeder driver that doesn't understand air brakes. Lol!

Going to be a while , @What'dyabringmetoday??? 's mother just made him breakfast with the edges of his toast cut off.
I can't say if that's the solution, but we ought to do something about the hours we've been working lately, since it shows no sign of stopping. I'm pretty new to this, but I can tell you we would NEVER be allowed (much less forced) to work hours like this for this long in the construction industry because it's a safety issue. And that's without a union.
I know every year the crews I see building homes seem to work shorter and shorter hours.Lol, I wish I had worked in your "construction industry." I know the one I worked in couldn't care less about working 18-hour days.
You wouldn't understand rookie.I can easily learn how air brakes works unfortunately your mentality of the union is a lot more difficult to teach someone. Why don't you please explain to me how bad the union is.
Great argument. You talk about the union then asked why you walk away. Another win for us @BigUnionGuyYou wouldn't understand rookie.
jesus H christ-----either you want to work or you don't---make up your friggin mind. It's no wonder these companies are ready to throw in the towel. I swear 90% of the younger generation should be put in a gunny sack and thrown in a river.
