Nah man. It's"Tell them to follow Orion." Shrug and walk away. Unless it is a really sweet rural route. Then you have to do it.
Glad you found the best advice on browncafe glad to help you ..That's what I'm thinking. Messaged my steward but haven't heard back yet. If they can force me in on Monday then I'm just calling off tomorrow too.em.
See I'm not sure. How could I confirm that?Is everyone under you working Monday?

Sorry I gotta watch my kids.
I don’t care if they care or not. It’s why I won’t be at work.Is that like a get out of jail free card? Because I'm pretty sure UPS won't care. Lol
the people that decided to have kids get catered here as well , KIDS BY CHOICE NOT BY CHANCEIs that like a get out of jail free card? Because I'm pretty sure UPS won't care. Lol

sounds like a real bossMy manager just shrugs and says "find a baby sitter or call out sick but it will be a occurrence."
I'm a FT 22.4 driver that works Tuesday through Saturday. I used my first sick day of the calendar year today because I am feeling unwell, but planning on working tomorrow if I feel better. I recieved a text from a sup saying they need me to work Monday because of a vacation and they need knowledge on a route. Perhaps this is in retaliation for calling in sick, perhaps not. Can they force me in on Monday? How should I handle this situation? I want my two day weekend.
Seems like he could just use his seniority and take a "dead day", right boss?My manager just shrugs and says "find a baby sitter or call out sick but it will be a occurrence."
