Almost seems then like pointing at mental health issues is a complete diversion from any talk about gun laws.
I don't know, I was just replying to your post.

I own guns and have mental health issues, doesn't mean Im going to kill innocent people.
I don't think a fear of heights constitutes a mental health issue. But being a Republican probably does.what kind of mental health issues???
I sometimes have a fear of heights....

OK, this is funny!....
That's sort of funny.
It's possible you've missed her point.
So, here we go...
My 9 year old daughter has a good friend who's parents are having a lot of marital problems. My wife is good friends with the mom so we have been following the escalation for some time now. Things are getting heated and tempers flaring.
Just found out the husband has his conceal/cary permit.
In your opinion, with mental health being a major concern, should I allow my daughter to go to their house? Would you?
Maybe a C/C permit shouldn't be the defining element but it certainly has me reconsidering.
That's relevant enough to me.The C/C permit is irrelevant, other than indicating that there is a gun in the home.
How does that indicate there's a gun in the home? I know of two people who have permits yet don't keep guns in their home. The C/C permit is irrelevant, other than indicating that there is a gun in the home.
Its called using logic. How does that indicate there's a gun in the home? I know of two people who have permits yet don't keep guns in their home.
