You cant fix stupid,and if this driver delivered 400 stops a day,the supervisor would turn a blind eye to everything.So if it happens again the sup can say I told him not to do this.I had my oc sup follow me 3 times in one day during peak to catch me doing something wrong,and did not suceed.My helper told me ,he helped other drivers that peak and they were doing things wrong that my oc tried to write me up for.

Management always loaded the helper in the rear of the truck the last thing at my center. He was to start sheeting/scanning the drivers first bulk stop while they were on route to his delivery area. Standard operating procedure. Most days the helper could hardly move the truck was so jammed with cardboard. Management told the drivers to try not slamming on the brakes too much.
