In my building it's called the bench. It gets huge in August. Between comp and disability and fmla it's usually 10-15% of the center. Our center is industrial and has always had around 10% comp. Less lately with all the extra drivers hired to work Saturdays.

You can expect that number to rise if we get closer to the end of July without a new contract in place.
