It is rare for an mip eligible supervisor or Manger to not get mip. I'd say less than 1% do not get mip. As to amount the goal for supervisors is 17% of their pay or 2 months salary. However the bod sets if we get 100% of that goal or a different amount. Usually it's less. Once they set number every supervisor gets that same % bonus.
