Our PVDs were getting $25 an hour while first year real drivers are at $21. Starting driver pay must meet or exceed that in my eyes and reasonably proportionate increases to each step should follow

In order to combat the use of scabs by the company, you need to be more militant. They will not stop unless you show solidarity. The union needs to police the members.
