Once again, the spellcheck on my brickphone let me down.
. Using a spellcheck malfunction as the means to absolve yourself of responsibility for your personal attacks . Hahahaha! That's great man. It really is. What's next? Trying to convince us that you watch porn only because you're conducting a study on human social interaction?

You attack me then lecture me about attacking you. That's funny, I don't care who you are.

How is that Amazon stock you lied about owning doing these days?

I did my manager’s portion with him standing next to me. I didn’t care if he saw it.

I wouldn't care if my manager saw this year either. I put strongly agree for all but one. Rules and policies do not interfere with how well I'm able to do my job. I put strongly disagree for that one. And there's my SFA, thanks for getting paid to click buttons for 5 minutes, I'll take another half hour if you want me to sit and listen to the results...

Yeah I'm supposed to believe the survey is anonymous, what a load of :censored2:...
Of course it isn't, otherwise why would we have to log on a FedEx computer with our FedEx password to take it? But my point is they tell us it's anonymous and then want us to speak up in these feedback meetings. Well if it's truly anonymous like they say, talking about your issues in the feedback meetings pretty much nullifies the " anonymous " aspect. Lol

1571 in after hours trading. If I thought it was any of your business I would give you the CUSIP number and you could look up the date of purchase. BTW today after yesterday's washout following the FERC ruling I picked up some shares today of AMLP for under $10. You know it's too bad. I believe that you have the talent to be a very good trader in your own right but you get too much of a sick pleasure launching personal attacks on people you wouldn't even know if you passed them on the street.

Dude, you got caught lying about buying the stock. You gave a month and a price. Once I provided proof the price you claimed you bought the stock at was nowhere near the price the stock was actually selling at, you changed the month. Once again, the price you claimed you bought it at was nowhere close to the actual price. Just admit you lied. It happens. You have lied before and will lie again. I don't need to look up the date. You already did that and you got caught up in a lie and can't seem to figure out how to save face. Bummer

I don't need to be a trader. I don't do individual stocks except for my FDX I have owned for many years. Several of the Vanguard funds in the FDX plan had 20% or more returns last 12 months. I am going conservative with my money anyway. Ready to call it quits soon and don't need to risk and really don't need to potential loss or gain. When you properly plan for retirement, you should be set when you reach my age. If you aren't, you have waited too long.

Look up the price on November 10 2016 Secondly if I wasn't in a secure retirement position do you think I would put money at risk in the market? So you got 20% in one year. That's just it you earned it in ONE year. Obviously you're so insecure that you like to brag about your gains that came courtesy of a managed portfolio but at the same time deeply envious and resentful of a person who makes a little bit for themselves doing the work themselves.

yes I bought shares of AMZN in October at 745

Remember that post you made January 18, 2018?

You bragged you bought Amazon in October of '17 at $745. NOT '16. Even if it was '16, Amazon range was $790 to $830. The price range for Amazon in October of '17 was $959 to $1101. I showed you that once and you backtracked now you lie about it again. It was not possible to buy Amazon at $745 in October of either year.. Dude, you just got caught lying again. Bummer

Managed portfolio? The FDX 401k only has certain options. It's not like it takes a great mastermind to get some excellent results.

Actually Primecap had 25% return 2017 and has had 16% last 3 years. Not hard to made good returns when you have good funds like that to invest in.

...when there used to be life here on the purple side of the Brown Cafe - not intelligent necessarily - but life nevertheless!

What happened? Did everybody go somewhere and not tell me? Did oldfart post nude pictures of himself and get us shut down? Something I said? What happened? It’s like the Twilight Zone.

Big raises are coming, everyone is happy! nothing to complain about. Routes are perfect, dispatch always has the right answers, managers have lowered stops per hour, and the trucks are always clean.

Why do you have voluntary in quotes? It’s not mandatory.
I think he/she is referring to management scheduling time for your to take it... I've had a MGR have me sit at their computer, log in then say "type SFA in the keyword search" I promptly logged off and told them, sorry that's not how this works, and they'll never get a SFA from me. Also if you are truly interested in dinging your manager, don't take the SFA.

Fortunately, I’ve never had a manager I disliked enough to ding them like that.

First: I never said 2017. Secondly give me your snail mail address and I'll mail you a copy of the transaction if that's what it takes to pacify you. Third the gains you speak of occurred during the biggest bull market in history therefore the success of a given fund can only be determined by it's performance over the life of the fund and how it's performance compares to similar funds in the same space and market segment. They all do well in good times. It's what the fund can do in bad times is what really matters.Fourth, just a few days after the trade was made I underwent my second total hip joint replacement followed immediately by sepsis, pneumonia and a cancer biopsy so there isn't much I can remember from that point through the first quarter of 2017. I am now just trying to get my timelines back into my memory and granted I should have looked it up rather than to trust my memory of what happened during that period. Fifth: retirement plan payouts are based on life expectancy which for a man is currently about 76 and economic growth remaining stable and fairly strong. The crisis going forward involves men living far beyond their normal expectancy and recessions deeper and more frequent. Therefore given the strong possibility of that occurring in my remaining years I'm currently taking risks in an effort to grow my principal while the current bull market exists.
BTW: The projected 4% GDP growth required in order to offset the losses from the tax cut have now been downgraded to a hopeful 2%. If that occurs we both know what might happen.

Stop feeding the troll. He’s not worth the time you wasted typing all that. Plus, you owe him no explanations.

You didn't read my post. Even in October of 2016 it was NOT POSSIBLE to buy Amazon at $745 a share. You lied about the transaction. Just admit it. The facts are there.

FYI. Primecap had 12% returns over the last 10 years. I will take that average anytime.

By making the needed sacrifices during my prime earning years I have fully funded my retirement and will need 2% return during retirement to replace 90% of my working income even in my late 80's. You can get more than that in a 2 year CD. That is why I have gone ultra conservative with my investments. I am working on my kids inheritance at this point.
