Incompetence, DOK

Brownslave688

You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
I worked with several Circle of Honor (25 years accident free) drivers who struggled with the dok. And, they have changed over over the years, like the 5 rules of backing used to be 8 rules. One of the Circle of Honor guys used to tell the sup, "knowing the words to a song doesn't make you a singer." Haha. I loved that one.

It's a good concept, having the dok. But, pressure to perform negates it's value immensely
Ability to perform under pressure.

The difference between me and a porn star.

Tell me little boy, if that were the case, why did I as a driver have to be able to write them out verbatim at least once a month?

You have no clue. Go file a bogus grievance.

I don't know, sir. Why did you? All I can speak from is my own experience, which is that I haven't been asked to recite DOKs since November of last year.

You are the lowest of the low.

Accept it and quit complaining.

Yet you're the one attempting to pick a fight with me for no reason other than my association with @Gumby. Talk about "low."

I complain about my job in fluff. A thread which you have chosen to no longer participate in. You don't like what I have to say? Stop reading it. Or just put me on ignore.

You get credit for your research. However, at some point you will get on the wrong side of that guy.

You aren't yet worthy of ignore. You kind of amuse me.

Don't pay any attention to him. He justs needs to feel Superior and to pick on someone.

He is retired and should not be medaling with the current employees.

I never did learn them all

Had a gung ho new center manager come at me about it showed him the circle on my sleeve and told him I can't recite them but if you want to go for a ride I'll show ya how It works

He soon found somebody else to harass

They would always have the safety gophers do that

One of them was only on the safety committee because he was an overtime whore.I think he gave less of a :censored2: about them than I did He'd just check my name off as knowing them

Before that I'd get somebody's that did know them and made a bunch of copies to turn in. It became a game to me to see how long I could go without learning them never did know anything more than the
All good kids like milk bs

Supe used to catch me at the gate and tell go home I'll punch you out

So he wouldn't flunk his audit

UPS is the only thing I have in common with anyone on here. Unfortunately, I don't have too many good things to say about them...based on my experiences. I'm not looking to annoy you, ron, or anyone else by complaining.

I don't like the things they like, and they don't like the things I like. UPS is the common denominator, and most of them can tolerate me...at least for now. If he ever snaps, then you'll never have to read another post by me again.

These DOK questions have been covered many times on this forum, all you need to do is make an effort to learn them. Never refuse to try, that has depending on the circumstances been where people get into trouble on this subject.

DOK is just another harassment tool. They couldn't care less about our safety, other than the fact that when something goes wrong it goes on some report that negatively impacts them.
