Are there not other unions down there? What about the UAW? Can they not represent FedEx because auto is in their name? Here, any union can represent any industry. The former CAW is now called Unifor and has managed to organize ministers of the United Church of Canada!

The Teamsters pretty much have a lock on the trucking industry in the USA. No other union has shown much interest in us.

How many are employed by FedEx in the States? Here we have about 6000 so I'd assume it would be significantly more down there. You'd think, with somewhere near 8000 or 9000 employees available to pay union dues, any union would salivate at the chance to represent the fine employees of FedEx.
