Fair enough but ...I disagree. I will agree though that a Union is not needed if a company treats its employees like human beings and provides a decent wage and benefit package--if they are a profitable company. There are many great companies in the US that pay decent, have a decent health plan and offer profit sharing. I read about them all the time when they pay their employees profit sharing bonuses and the end of their fiscal year. These companies very seldom have labor problems.
They're probably not Union shops where friend/T employees get compensated 50% more than the industry average either.
