Go back to the table. I’ll take the 3.90 like last contract paid in total and retro on 8-1-18, in exchange of paying 22.4 to rate ground and auto pay the 9.5 violations. Do those things and you’ll have a 90% yes vote.
How about we strike 22.4's from the contract altogether get a flat $3.00 over 5 years and we use the old, "have to have 4 years" to be on the 9.5 list. Lowest seniority work the weekends.

Fight the power.
You seem like a real hard line tough guy. In my time with the teamsters do you know how many of you that have cried in my presence, when they got themselves in a jam?
Wtf does that have to do with anything. Some people are emotional. I’m one of them. I wear my emotions on my sleeve. What is your angle here?

You seem all tough. You tell a man you hope his whole family dies. What was your angle there? You repeatedly told me in successive order that you hoped my whole family died. Was that the booze talking or are you that hard or an individual? You seem pretty Stone Cold.

How bout you just strike 22.4 period and keep the status quo from
The last contract. It's insane to think we should give up anything in the current economic climate.

Just to prove our negotiators are jizz gurglers? You’re saying that your negotiators that you love so much would cave like Stormy Daniel’s brown starfish at the end of Trump’s dick, if we even touch the language that was invented by the jizz gobblers? You’re saying they are weak as friend?

I don't understand your fetishes with dick and jizz references all the time but I'll try and explain what I was talking about. I was playing hypothetical with you, as far as what you would trade. You aren't very good at playing along. Maybe you should stick to the porn references you are so good to Spit out, no pun intended!

Everything has a cost. I wish UPS wouldn't have proposed Part Time drivers working on the weekends. Just like I wish our boys in the east didn't have already established language on Part Time Feeder drivers as well as other regions having par time ground drivers. The 22.4 was a way to keep them as full time jobs, while strengthening pensions and healthcare funds. You do know that a majority of the proposals were that Package car drivers did not want to work weekends.

I know for certain lawyers have been talked to about the part timer skilled language and the $1. Would probably be in everyone’s best interest to either take away the $1 or give everyone the $1. Having two people with same seniority date, doing the same exact job, with different pay is potentially a huge issue that would be best fixed in the contract.
Whenever a member brings up their lawyers I just tune the whole conversation out.

Are drivers who are currently Tuesday-Saturday jobs included in the number of guaranteed jobs or just Monday-Friday?

It is clear that M-friend were to be counted as of 8/1 just not cleat on the T-S
