Less than 30 days as a new hire, already being asked if I want a sup position. Thoughts?

because you will be a pt sup forever. You will rescue the full time, and get nothing for it. When things go wrong you get blamed when things go right you get no credit. They will dangle the carrot on a stick for you to follow, and you will. Thinking you are going to get promoted for your hard work. You wont. Unless you have the right boss, and those have been fired or retired. If you are only going to do it for a star on your resume, and going to follow a dream, then do it. dont do it thinking you will ever matter, or get anywhere at UPS unless you know someone. It rarely if ever happens, and you get old waiting.
I don't "need" a job at UPS, I picked up a second job to help pay for a trip for my birthday, in the fall. I chose here cause the hub is 5 min from me and I'm a night owl with extra time on my hands. Also, I figured some laborious work would do me some good for my figure. I'll never have a six pack, but having a flatter stomach won't look bad on the beach in Vietnam, at the very least.
