Talked to a kid the other day who has been waiting over a year for his check from 9.5.


He's like I'm not even gonna bother getting back on the list. I was only on it to get paid more money and it's been over a year. Not worth it.

I'd like to hear that whole story on that.

Yeah I'd like to hear the whole story also.


I told him I saw him at the last union meeting and why didn't he say anything to our BA.


He's not the type of guy that would be very involved in the union or file many grievances but had he gotten a quick 9.5 payout it could have shown him what the union can do for him.

Or 8 hour requests, our BA tells us to bring truck back at 8 hours, shouldn’t have to do that but stops per car is king. They send 22.3 guys to come take stops off, they get ground rate for entire shift so they love it.
