They don’t know how to drive. Before I drove for UPS I had driven Dump trucks, stake bodies, all sorts of light trucks. All sticks too. These flakes drive PS5 remotes.

They drive scared because they’re intimidated. By the time I went to UPS I felt like I could drive anything, whether that was true didn’t matter, I was confident I could.

I worked preload before I started driving and spent a lot of time car shifting package cars so knowing how to drive them wasn't an issue.

The problem is they drive the package car like their own personal car and they do not use the mirrors

They also have a bad habit of just relying on the camera and not the mirrors
