Today I applied as a package handler and the last step was to set a time to meet with HR. It says its a tour, is this also a job interview? Should I dress nice, or are jeans ok? Is there anything else I should know?

Some places yes, some places no. Jeans are fine. Not a big deal, don't fret over it, here they have at least 2 interviews.
