Non union members equals a yes vote for contract?

We will be getting our ballots next week for the contract. Rumor is, that all the non union employees are counted as a yes vote even without a ballot. Sounds a lil far fetched but hey, its a rumor right? Lol

Actually the opposite is true and any unreturned ballots are counted as No votes as well.

Save yourself and the Teamsters postage money and don't bother to return ballot unless you are voting YES.

I'm pretty sure their votes are counted as "maybes" which are drawn from a jar and assigned a "yes" or "no" at random.

This is not true, certain issues must be approved by a majority of the membership as a whole in which case the fewer people that vote the harder it is to get that majority. The contract is simply a count of the votes returned and the side that has the most votes wins.
