NoDo the Paid Covid19 days we get count toward our 156 yearly reports for vacation entitlements?
They are paid days , according to the wording of the contract language, all paid days by UPS are counted towards entitlements, and count as punches towards your 156 days.. such as,Holidays,vacations,personal day,option days,jury duty. what gives with paid covid Days?

I was out on Disability for several monthsNot sure if the count are not , you probably should ask your BA.
If they don't count you would still have plenty of time in during the year to get your 156 punches.
Did you miss a lot of time this year?The time is for 2020 punches.. not for next years punches

You were told wrong, in both cases.. Pension is based on 1800 hours worked in a calendar year, for a full timer not on punches or reports. Article 69 , page 264... Part Timers have to work 750 hours a year for pension credit.. Who told you this? Steward or a BA? yes . I did.. It will come down to the 10 paid covid days... Still no answer from the BA.. If you read carefully in the computation of 156 reports, the key words to focus on are "such as"...Did you miss a lot of time this year?

It's because you're a TCD. It's to get fulltime vacation pay instead of part time.
