Both are pretty easy, typically. but if/with the bg check, badges, dot etc..meh. Again assuming that this is a PT air COVER bid, or exception air. I'd pass.

They can’t pay you less if your “Current Pay Rate” on your check is hire. That’s the minimum amount you’ll make till the air rate progression was hire.

I think they will get separate rates inside/outside. What they are saying is the PT inside rate is red circled? I don't know if that applies with art. 40 and I am too lazy to look it up.

Eh may not be correct with the pay rate but I’ll give a try anyway . I’ll be at $20 next raise in hub & possibly eventually top rate for Air Driver it’s a win win in my book .

The first paragraph of Article 40 says it supersedes language on the same subjects in the Supplements, Riders and Addenda, unless specifically stated otherwise in this Article.
