If no driver steward around then a hub steward or even another driver as a witness.Steward had already gone home for the day.

In just my opinion. If they were going to fire you, your center manager would have been there. No, I wasn't. The sup that I engaged with was the last sup for the day, all the rest went home already.
Umm no, I didn't cuss out a taco bell manager, I at most said, "I burned my gosh darn mouth on the food because it's too hot." And maybe told the manager, "not to give me anymore bull." As he was the one that initiated the argument by trying dissuade me that I actually burned my mouth... Basically was calling me a liar, and trying to evade taking any responsibility. As I said, he was embarrassed, and through his own self humiliation, he reported on me in retaliation, because I wouldn't let him dissuade me from the feeling I was experiencing in my own mouth.
I may be... The way he acted, gave me the impression more is to be done come Tuesday. Not letting me finish my job is the main reason why I'm worried.
Then the most senior guy there should have been called as a witness. If no driver steward around then a hub steward or even another driver as a witness.
If no Steward was involved you'll be back on that alone
Some centers have their number listed on google ours does...... people still use phone books?
He was told to go home, not terminated. That will happen with his steward present on Tuesday morning.
on car sup or OMS do not have the authority to terminate. He has to wait for the center manager to make a decision.
The friend-bomb never came out of my mouth once. However, what I have not revealed yet, is I went back in there after I was off work, in my own clothes, to get the managers name, as I suspected he called on me, and so I decided to report him as well. He admitted to reporting me and telling them that I used the friend word at him and his employees... That's how I know.Where in the contract does it say that profanity is a cardinal sin?
Or might get bumped to a higher level since its not a clear cut case. That decision will not be made at the center level, especially since it involves the use of profanity while in uniform.

Seriously. You need to call your steward and get some advise. Plus it would be most helpful to him if he knew what was going on without getting blindsided on Tuesday. The friend-bomb never came out of my mouth once. I didn't think it was a bad idea, I didn't go back to cause trouble. I went back to get a name and while I was there got a confession. You went back?? Not your smartest decision.

So I know who to specifically report to his company. Why do you need his name
You sound like a real piece of work. You yell at a grown man because you don't know how to eat food. Its their fault you burnt your mouth? That's up there with the lady who sued McDonald's for the coffee being too hot.
I'd being embarrassed to complain because I'm the idiot that chowed down on piping hot food like a maroon.
Also, eating at a fast food chain is your first mistake.
Have a nice holiday and I sincerely hope you don't lose your job but grow up.
