Don't lie, you found them perfectly placed on the front porch and put them there to make ups look bad. Fore shame!

It's the opposite on my area. I take em to the porch and Fedex leaves em out in the rain.

Yup, there's good and bad workers at ANY company...

Butt, it's pretty funny that the brownies in my area are trying to "scratch" on Saturdays, when there's increase in foot traffic of people walking their dogs and packs of bicyclists on the rural roads, taking in the scenery... follow those methods and they can't reprimand you for that

One customer was gonna call the wrong 800 # to complain about a wet box. I asked to see the tracking number, boom! 1Z#### told her that's UPS & to dial 800 PICK.UPS give them that tracking number, and request future deliveries to "side door porch"

And on my route, I put them at the door and UPS, Ground and USPS put them at the edge of the porch in the rain. I usually push theirs close to the door with my foot.
