Punishment for telematics?

BigUnionGuy

Got the T-Shirt
You listed a bunch of items that they should get without giving anything up.

From an uneducated novice Teamster.... point of view.

How many Teamster contracts have you negotiated ?

The company is earning record profits.

I guess cutting back on toilet paper, is increasing that bottom line.

The members voted no.

A small portion did.

The majority of UPS members couldn't concern themselves, with the well being

of their fellow Teamsters. After all.... "it's all about me".

They could have honored the no vote.

A small.. dissident group.. of posters online, should control what happens ?

How bad, does the company intimidate and kick your ass everyday ?

I'll bet I can guess.

Working on a new degree, Masters in BS Detecting!
If people think the (almost meaningless) telematics language is such a big deal....

there are a lot of bad drivers that can't put their seat belt on, close the bulkhead

door, drive the speed limit, etc.

You are, with out a doubt, the single biggest :censored2: on this forum!

Yep, on the members behalf.

How about;
$4.15 over 5 years, with no split wages.
Free healthcare (still).
ncreased pension contributions with increased monthly payouts.
Way better 9.5 protection for the RPCD's.
More full-time 22.3, feeder, and pkg jobs.
The list goes on.

1. $4.15 over 5 years is LESS THAN INFLATION......:censored2:!
2. UPS pays less per hour for healthcare in this contract! What, you didn't think I'd actually read the back of the last page?........:censored2:!
3. Increased pension ONLY IF YOU MAKE IT 30+ YEARS! the new wording makes it simple to dump employees when they get close to the pension targets....:censored2:!
4. No change since the first 9.5 violation gets tossed because the, "union didn't provide the company with the list in January," because the contract wasn't ratified. Still have to be violated 3x's in a week to file then get told this?
5. More jobs????? OMG stop sniffing glue, they didn't even create the mandatory number from the LAST CONTRACT....:censored2:!
6. I got your list right here.....fed it to your wife an hour ago!

Come on @Wally

It's readily apparent what the problem is.... and it's not the elected leaders.
