Seriously 22.4 is a BAD idea, and because you have no company seniority you’re gonna have to wait forever for a RPCD position.

From what I understand, only a certain percentage of drivers can be 22.4, the more drivers that get hired ( which we desperately need) the higher seniority 22.4s will progress to RPCD, it doesn't only happen waiting for a retirement.
