already proven in italy

workers take risks too in capitalism btw
They haven't proven anything. A fraction of their workforce. If it was superior everyone would be doing it. Who doesn't want more money or to not have to deal with a jerk boss? Capitalism works because there are consequences for failure. Marxism fails every time because you take away rewards for achievement.

if capitalism was superior, it wouldve been around for more than just a few hundred years

the consequences of capitalist failure is complete system collapse amongst other things

You need to figure in population growth, technological advancement into why capitalism has become the norm in the last few hundred years. Longer and much more widely practiced than Marxism.

It took an industrial revolution, a communications revolution, a population explosion, to get us to where we are today. It takes a very efficient market to move food through the system and feed billions daily. Maximizing profit requires efficiency. If Marxism is so superior why has it failed everywhere tried? Why has it only been around so long?

so your saying your point is moot because capitalism hasnt been around that long

this system is not efficient. globalization is insane. throwaway culture is insane.

housing prices rose in america based on a fraud, and when the fraud ended the price came down. capitalism profits exact same.

Look at NK.
They have placed the Military in charge of producing food.
Including all fishing industries.
They have depleted all in shore fish stocks and are forced to sent small fishing boat out to the ocean.
Every few months NK boats wash ashore in Japan, some with mummified bodies onboard.

Ricky you think there was feudalism right before there was capitalism. You say globalization is insane then you praise the Chinese for their system. Where do you think globalization is centered? Do you not know that manufacturing is reshoring because China is failing? We are in the midst of a major upheaval in world economics. But Marxism as a system has failed and the world isn't going that route. They may go socialist but it really depends on their local culture. Cultures that emphasize reward for hard work will be capitalist. Some countries will be somewhere in between. You're never going to get your worldwide worker's paradise. And make no mistake about it...when you turn your lights on, fuel your car, buy clothes, buy groceries, etc it all happens because people work hard to make it happen and that often involves a boss getting after them to work hard. That's never going to change no matter how much you want it to. And people aren't going to riot in the streets to make it happen. The only riots you'll see are by people who want the government to give them stuff for free with no effort. But someone somewhere is working to create that free stuff that is paid for by their money given to the government.

capitalism is only a few hundred years old. why isnt it older if its so great as you claim???

capitalism does not emphasize reward for hard work, it emphasizes reward for ownership.

france protests like crazy. thats why theyre better than us.

You use France as your example.
Where even their own government has stated that soon only 1 in 5 people in the country will be truly French.

True, France is better than Canada. Your argument is silly. Before capitalism there was colonialism and mercantilism. Capitalism developed as markets evolved. You make it sound like capitalism was just sitting out there with no one wanting to use it. Markets evolved with the industrial revolution, the invention of labor saving machines, the printing press, the steam engine, electric power, trains, automobiles, telephones, computers. Just how much of that did we have three hundred years ago? And what you're not getting is we have all of that because of capitalism. People don't just invent things because they're curious. Capitalism takes their ideas and turns it into companies selling products that make money. Layer upon layer of new ideas allows others to build on that and make even better products for consumers. We didn't have that three hundred plus years ago. Of course you think you're being clever by just repeating over and over as I did to you. Difference is you offer nothing to defend your positions. Just say repeatedly Chomsky, Hedges, Nader, Wolfe, whoever says.

14 hours. I couldn’t do it. The only thing I could stand in line that long for is life-saving medication. It would be pretty cool to be there though. I’m sure many people in line are meeting new friends for life. They will be a part of history and something we will never see again in our lifetimes.

That family has some really impressive genetics considering their history of marrying relatives.

If King Charles lives as long as Queen Elizabeth did, he's got another 23 years left in him.
