They usually don't have you doing too much. They want you to observe him and take notes.

Just watch what he/she does, how they park, how they greet people, etc. Hold doors open for them if you can, but unless they ask you to do something just observe and learn how to do the job.

It is funny how many people come to help with a door after you are already halfway through it.

Sucks I did not have seniority to go out helper when I started a month before peak haha. I got one day and sucked at it.

Old school. One time, back in the day, I had two sups on the car, one running, one sorting, and me driving. We did two routes in one day. lol

No helper jump seats either. The helper would stand!

30 days on a 6 hour route. This way your are also qualified to be an on car supe.
