And by the way, I do subscribe to the fact that the "lazy" union mentality, at least under the past 70 years or so of unions in America, , is usually more effective.

If locals take 'lawful' action, then it draws attention to UPS. Brand shame goes a long way. Low morale towards the company and high hope for collective action go a long way towards how efficient the operations are.

O'Brien sent a letter to the company stating JC10 would fight UPS with every legal measure available. It's sounding like the company backed down, at least in 251.

Taylor sends out a memo with a :censored2:ing FAQ on DOT regulations.

Anyone else seeing the problem here?
