How many drivers? The contract says 10% should be off everyday dude. So unless you are in a tiny center I don't see the problem

We currently have about 30 drivers "on-call" (between 3 centers) and not working their guaranteed 40 hours per week. I know of a couple guys who might have only worked 4 days since Jan 15th

If it is a nation wide strike, yes. I suppose the Union could target a few key facilities like CASH or Worldport to increase the pressure to negotiate seriously.
