Supervisor working question

I have had plenty of people file on supervisors working and not one retaliated on yet.to the op tell the p/t sup he is not to perform bargaining unit work so he can't play dumb.then if it continues get p/t sup full name and document how long he worked,do all this with a witness preferably.file on it,u can always just ask that hourly be placed to perform the work on the first one kinda like a warning shot then hit em where it hurts

The vast majority of PT sups do not want to perform hourly work. This is why they decided to make the move to mgt. They are being told to work by their FT sups.

What a bummer for the p/t sups. If they had a union to back them, they could file a grievance against their full time sups for forcing them to do hourly work.
