Afghan govt isnt controlled by America either. 95%of Afghan govt, ANA and ANP are composed of lying thieving two headed snaked(double agents). Many ANA guys figgt with NATO/US in one season with Taliban in the next. Last I heard most ANA were going to Taliban side cuz the pay was much better.
The Afghan govt largely only benefits the dominant persian speaking shia Afghanis. Which are against the ethnic pashtun and hazara communities. As the persian speaking shia afghans persecute the pashtun and hazara people.
US is going to stay in Afghanistan for a long long time. As its forces are poisitioned towards Pakistan so when Iran's nuclear program has been dismantled and it does not present danger to our oh soo beloved illegitimate child Israel. Paksitan and its nuclear weapons will be the next target. Note: Pakistan has kind of a all or nothing nuclear policy as it is a very small and frankly quite a helpless country. If Pakistan believes they are threatened by western world their missiles target Israel. If from India then all of India.
