Biden never had any right to have the documents he did. He had them laying around in the garage of a home he shared with someone clearly guilty of failing to register as a foreign agent.

He hid the fact that he had them for months. Then the only reason investigators didn't recommend charges for his crimes is because he is mentally incapacitated and a jury wouldn't likely convict someone with dementia.

You are leaving out that Biden had classified documents, including top secret, in at least 4 locations. He violated national security laws and isn't being held accountable.
