Does that mean slow down? I mean, is does say what you did is unacceptable. Make them think that 192 is good.

That is a PD and not a preload pull.

For a laugh, I had a bulk stop RDR that was "planned" 24 pieces at 12am (my start time), by 8:50am I already had around 75 scans for that stop. Whenever UPS uses their fictional "planned" volume from DMS and forecasted UOW, you can pretty much add 50-150 pcs to any one pull, unless there are cars being cut, or the entire pull is cut.
the forecast relies on scans from the origin hub; if the hub is close and still building loads that day for you, it obviously doesn’t have all the scans yet

used to be based on customer uploaded manifests (when they created the label)

that had its own problems, but for certain buildings it was more accurate

Of course, my point was that until 5am, no one really knows what's going to happen.
