Lol that shouldn’t even matter , goober . Just do your job right , plain and simple . By the way , there IS such a thing as a driver who isn’t a runner gunner but isn’t a union cheerleader either ..somewhere in the middle . Does his work and goes home , doesn’t bother anyone , takes all his breaks and lunches, follows the methods ,etc ..See if he's a Teamster or a runner gunner. Load accordingly.

It usually has a bunch of packages with company names and multiple bulk stops is a few good ways to tell

Love it when 30 pieces of bulk at a dock go hin 3000 and 40 or more residential stops go hin 7000 because we all want to physically transport the package the longest length possible through the truck.Maybe where Dave lives.

As a part time sup I bet you’ve done a lot ofBelieve me, the drivers that complain about load quality could never do any better themselves. Preloading is a tough gig and not for everyone.
