Lol that shouldn’t even matter , goober . Just do your job right , plain and simple . By the way , there IS such a thing as a driver who isn’t a runner gunner but isn’t a union cheerleader either ..somewhere in the middle . Does his work and goes home , doesn’t bother anyone , takes all his breaks and lunches, follows the methods ,etc ..

If you know you’re loading a standard route business into residentials the businesses are always 9 times out of 10 on the first 4 shelves

Love it when 30 pieces of bulk at a dock go hin 3000 and 40 or more residential stops go hin 7000 because we all want to physically transport the package the longest length possible through the truck.

Business will have a million Grainger boxes. Non Business will have 2 million adult diapers and 3 million Hello Fresh boxes.

When does peak kick in that they change up the preloaders hours? The hours here were lowered, plenty of us starting at 3:30 to 4:00 this week

Generally week of Black Friday until January is peak.

Believe me, the drivers that complain about load quality could never do any better themselves. Preloading is a tough gig and not for everyone.
