Tired of helping others at end of day

That's why I always make sure I have 30-40 stops left after PU's, if not they'll make me cover a ups store or another PU run. You could technically refuse though...

And you could technically be disciplined for refusing to work as directed.

Also not a bright idea to use a pic of yourself. Also against the site rules.

The faster you go the more work they give you. Slow down and take your time. You are never really done until you clock out.

With that said you are more likely to help others or do PU if your on a split car since they will know that your vehicle will be empty when finished.

You folks don't know how to slow yourselves down if you could help yourself.

Somethings to remember:

Stretch. HYDRATE (including throughout your day).

Verify EDD manifest. Note commercial deliveries.

Accurate pretrip as per methods. Ensure your vision glass is clean and you have enough fuel to complete your day.

NDA is a priority make sure you go OUT OF YOUR WAY to get it delivered ACCURATELY before commit time.

Use all available restrooms when you encounter them in a effort to PLAN AHEAD when nature calls.

Check load for misloads and communicate them to your management team VIA DIAD as per guidelines set by local management.

Familiarize yourself with cool down locations on your route.

Commercial deliveries done before 5.

Lunch is between your third and fifth hour.

Hand truck is secure each time it is brought back into the cab.

Pick up pieces are sorted by service and smalls containerized and off loaded in their designated areas at your facility. Same with value pick up pieces.

Post Trip.

Accurate turn in procedure for COD pieces.

They may be confusing this in the Central with what they are saying.

Section 6

Drivers shall not be disciplined for refusing to go back out on the street once they have returned to the building, after having completed their full day’s work.
Once you get back to the building you don't have to go back out.

But if they tell you before you get back to the building then you do have to help. Work as directed.

That's why I used to put the DIAD in back on way back to building. They probably put a stop to that now with the new MapNav crap

Wasn't there something about also having taken all your lunch and breaks? I thought I remembered reading that here before.
