So, the principal officer at $117,918 wasn't the lead negotiator?
The president and RIH BA at $109,838 wasn't the lead negotiator?
Not even your "contract coordinator" at $92,665 was the lead negotiator?
Nobody at 251 getting any of the $1,331,992 led the negotiations did they? You paid Stefan O out of Origon $7296 to negotiate the RIH instead? Not a RIH employee, not a 251 member, not a 251 executive, not even a 251 retiree. So, why?

The contract was ratified by 97% of voters. The committee must've done a good job. If that's the case, what's it worth to the members?
