I have about a dozen customers that get regular Costco shipments, every week four to five 50lbs boxes per house. Load up the hand truck and lug those SOB’s up the 5 million steps to their front door.

What kind of work shoes do you wear that last 5 million steps in a single week?

No elevator and apartment 304 is always the furthest door from the stairway. 6 boxes weighing a total of 400lbs. Put two on the hand truck and yank it up the stairs then some unemployed bum on the second floor comes out and yells at you, “Do you have to make so much noise?!” That’s when you let your hand truck loose on your final trip down the stairway. “UPS DELIVERY!!!”

If I could be laid off 4 days a week I'd be happy as a clam. It would make if harder to pay the bills but my wife told me when we met that she's a strong independent woman who don't need no man.
