When does free period end? Our center is still using all drivers to run full routes. Do drivers that work after free period get peak days counted if they’re still driving? Or at least the days leading up to peak? Thanks in advance

As @barnyard insinuated, Contact your local union hall. They will know.

We really don’t have a trustworthy steward or BA. they’ll only speak up to help the company. I’ve called and complained all I could about this issue. Actually have a thread dedicated to it. We are at the point of acceptance that we are on our own.

That’s what I thought. I looked in book to see, but couldn’t locate section pertaining to it. Hypothetically, if it were Jan 15, would the individual have a legitimate claim to full time?

Any time worked during the free period doesn’t count, unless management wants it to count.

FYI I was qualified during the free period. It does happen. It’s very rare and I was very lucky.

Depends on the period.

Here we have language that says if you work one day past summer seasonal all previous days count towards making book.
