Amazon (AMZN) to Build its First Air Cargo Hub in Kentucky – NASDAQ

Amazon.com, Inc. will build its first air cargo hub at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, investing around $1.5 billion. The company announced yesterday that the new facility will create more than 2,000 new jobs and support its growing fleet of cargo planes.

The company already has a strong presence in Kentucky with 11 fulfillment centers and 10,000 employees.
