Phrases that drive you nuts

Basically, I wish not hear or see "basically" again because basically, the word basically means nothing. And, basically, folks use it constantly..

(The same can apply to Actually...)

That, and ending sentences with HELLO!!??!!

And 'Holiday Season'. When did we become so careful not to offend?

But by far, which is why I nearly hung up on my step mother the other
day, "It's George W. Bush's fault" ranks #1 for moi.
Basically, I have to agree with you on this one. You Know what I, mean.

"It's got great bones"

As in "This house is a fixer, but it's got great bones."

That phrase gives me a visceral reaction...

When car dealers, advertise in the paper, that their prices as so low, they can't publish them as to not disrupt buss. at other delearships.- Isn't this what you want if your a buss owner? To disrupt buss from the competition.

These aren't really phrases just words, poor grammar. I dunno, I hafta, I wanna, ain't gonna. Didn'tcha, wontcha, etc, these drive me nuts.
