$41 an hr & $61.50 ot = $101,000. FedEx, Amazon Flex, USPS do you guys think that's a fair wage?

They cut back on Saturdays because it was killing production on Mondays.

Whatever the Sat/Mon split was, you were driving the same areas twice to deliver the same number of packages, running two preloads, paying 2 sets of PT sups, etc.

Probably only need to deliver on Saturdays when there are too many packages to deliver Mon-Fri, then it becomes a necessity. Until then....it's just burning money.

Two tier is the start of the death of reg. full time drivers. If we allow UPSto have 25% t-sat drivers they wont have to hire any m-friend full time drivers until they meet the 25%. So...if thdy only utilize 15% and full fime drivers quit/retire they hire more t-s drivers until they hit the 25%. So by then this contract will be up and the nee three tier system will be introduced to faze out req drivers and have them replaced by t-s drivers at the lower wages. And the new w-sun drivers will earn even less. This means the fall of a full time driver being paid, compensated as we are now will cease to exist. Vote no.
