We get 30 minutes unpaid and 2 10 minute breaks where I am. I always takes the breaks and about 10 minutes of the unpaid half hour. If I'm loaded up I'll take the additional 20 later for an evening snack. I have no problems with our management team. Had an 8 today and the dispatch was lowered before I got there and then again when I said I wouldn't make it. That's a win/win for all parties compared to just calling out.
I sometimes hit a dogfish 120 after a hard day. 15% hits hard

Can't do fruity beer or IPA. The problem with summer is all this Shandy. An ice cold shot of blackberry brandy would suffice.
