Personally, I would have laughed. Is it that big a deal to select from 3000 instead of 1000? For one day? I think not.
So let's look at this from another angle:
Why was it OK for the driver to rat out another Teamster to the management team?
If I were ol' Josh, I would make sure everyone in the center knew what a low-life rat that driver is.
Perhaps the driver should have manned up, talked to the loader like a man, and asked the loader not to do that again.
There was absolutely no need to go crying to the center manager.
