If you still need to go to work and make a paycheck at that point in your life because you have too many bills, then you definitely did something wrong. Hopefully he just loved the job, wouldnāt be something I would do but everyoneās different.

Unfortunately that's true for a lot of people. There's a lot of things I still would like what priorities dictate that I'm not going to get them just yet. Too many have no willpower to say no nowadays

It took me a lot of years to finally be able to splurge one things and not worry if I'm screwing myself. Hell, I still worry sometimes when I make a big purchase even though I can absolutely afford it without causing any financial issues.
Credit cards, easy credit and payday loans
Go back to the day of layaways
People living way longer means and if one will hiccup happens they're completely screwed

That is something I'm guilty of is I don't have a lot in a traditional savings cuz I like my money working for me. But I also don't buy things that Will put me over just using my check for the bills I'm leaving my wife's for payoff, investments and retirement savings.
That seems to be some of the worst things people are living WAY above their means.
Everyone has their own philosophy
But since I'm going to kill one of my career I'm going to take advantage of the high interest rates and see how much I can make
